When customers work with a battery company, they want products that can be relied on and that come in a wide range of options. However, what’s equally important to the product is service. There are hundreds of battery companies out there that may be able to deliver the product, yet fall extremely short on customer experience.

Our 3-day test determines whether a battery can be battery repair services or reconditioned batteries. Day 1 is dedicated to charging the battery for 8 hours, followed by cooling it for another 8. On day 2, we D-Sulfate the battery, check specific gravity every 4 hours, acid adjust to 1280, and then cool overnight. We put the battery through a 5 hour load bank test on day 3, taking a voltage reading every hour. A battery that does not have at least 1.7 volts per cell fails the test; a new battery is needed.
Our technicians are extremely skilled, so our field and shop services are second-to-none. We can have all batteries repaired and charges completed quickly, using our 25+ years of experience. IPS also offers comprehensive rentals while a battery is being repaired, or if renting is more economical than buying.
